WorkPicks may earn commissions when you click links to third-party products and services and subsequently make a purchase. These are standard affiliate partnerships with software vendors.
Our commitment: Affiliate relationships never influence our recommendations, scores, or rankings. Tools are evaluated using our published methodology and scored on the same criteria regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists. If we recommend a tool, it's because the evaluation supports that recommendation — not because of the commission.
How We Make Money
WorkPicks generates revenue through (in priority order):
- Proprietary products: Assessments, benchmark reports, playbooks, and decision tools we create and sell
- Affiliate commissions: Earned when readers purchase recommended products through our links
- Future: Consulting services, premium content, and display advertising may be added
Proprietary products are our primary business. Affiliate revenue is supplementary and will never exceed 40% of total revenue at maturity.
